High Speed Rotary Printing Machine Spares Stainless Steel Magnet Roll Rod

The quality of Magnetic Roll Rods has a great impact on the quality of the printed material. Determining factors are the quality of the material used, the finish of the surface (smooth or knurled), and the execution of the end (round, with pins or end cups).

Zimmer America uses only a special magnetically activated stainless steel alloy. It is specially produced for Zimmer America only in diameter sizes of 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50, 60 and 80 mm. All roll rods on the market that are not metric do not meet Zimmer America's quality standard.

Rods with a diameter larger than 20mm are hollow. Roll Rod lengths available are from 500 mm (20") to 5000 mm (197").

Zimmer America uses a special patented device to 100% straighten Roll Rods before they are shipped to the customer and guaranties straightness of the Roll Rod for its lifetime.
